Tipi and Joy were rescued from Tepic, Nayarit. They had an owner, an older gentleman, who clearly neglected them. Anytime he would leave the house, the two dogs would sneak out and a woman would feed them. Seeing their conditions deteriorating, she posted them as needing rescue. We were able to find someone to transport them to us from Tepic.
Tipi (black & white) is super sweet. She LOVES being held, is good with all humans and other dogs. She will assert herself around some bigger dogs if she doesn’t want them in her space. She’d love a home where she can get all the attention, yet she will do great if with another small dog. We originally had her available only as a bonded pair with Joy, but we think they will be ok separated. Vetting protocols have been completed and she’s very healthy and ready for a home.
